"I picked up Mike Rowlett's card and gave a call to have a roof inspection done. We had hail months before and I feared damage. Mike came out, did an inspection and handled all of the insurance and permit process. The crew that put up the roof was quick, efficient and professional. The gutter crew worked fast and had the gutters up looking good in no time at all. We are very happy with the work that C&N did for us. "​Approximately one year ago a hail storm rolled through the north western suburbs, and our roof was severely damaged. I contacted my insurance company and had a difficult time securing any monetary help. By chance I contacted C&N Construction and they said they would take a look at the roof. They sent a young man out (John Vasilopoulos) to survey the roof. Before going up on the roof he spent some time talking to me about the process of securing payment from the insurance company through the installation of the new roof. John worked tirelessly and on three separate occasions he was up on the roof with insurance inspectors. In the end, John was able to secure a payment from the insurance company to pay for the entire roof. I can without hesitation recommend John and C&N Construction to anyone who is trying to replace their roof. You will find John to a be very personable and professional young man. He clearly explains the process from beginning all the way through the installation of the new roof. The entire job was done in an orderly fashion, and completed on time. What a huge relief discover this company and the connections they had to our town.
