Insurance Company Experts
Last year I allowed a different roofing contactor to inspect my roof as I was sure a had damage from a storm. Damage was found and I filed a claim with my insurance company. The insurance company sent an inspector, they found a few damaged shingles and said they would make those repairs, which after my deductible would amount to about a hundred dollars being paid for the claim. Later, Gil from C&N Construction contacted me and offered to send a drone up to inspect for damage. Gil reported that hail damage was indeed found, and he said that he could just update my current claim with the insurance company, expressing his confidence with his new findings. Once again, my insurance company came back offering what I considered to be only paltry offering. Undeterred, Gil and C&N Construction filed an appeal with my insurance company, arranged for a third-party arbitrator/inspector and conducted yet another inspection. The arbitrator agreed with C&N that hail damage was present and that a new roof was the only reasonable and proper remedy. Like most people, I do not like dealing with insurance companies. For me, Gil and C&N Construction was a dream come true, as they handled nearly all the communications. My contact was limited to mostly just forwarding any email I got to Gil, and they handled everything. Their workers were polite and professional. They did a very efficient and effective cleanup after the job. I highly recommend C&N Construction.

Great company, great job, great people
We had hail damage to our Cedar Shake roof and the C&N team did an awesome job of evaluating the roof damage, working with my insurance company, pushing them for full replacement when the Ins Co. wanted to only do partial...and then ended up getting all gutters and downspouts replaced as well. They were extremely helpful, polite, timely, professional, and did a great job....looks awesome and all y neighbors are now jealous and calling C&N. Thanks!
Helpful start to finish
This company replaced my roof after we had hail damage last year. They did a great job of explaining the hail damage to me and worked well with the insurance investigator to get the replaceme the roof. They were helpful for us negotiating the insurance process, which I hadn’t had to do before, and the install was done quickly and on time. It took a while to find a good day (it was winter) but once we did it was scheduled and completed in just one day! The got to work quickly and efficiently and did a pretty good job of cleaning up once they were done. I’d definitely recommend working with them.

Excellent Job
Very pleased with C&N, their advocate and the repair crew. Our roof was severely damaged and our advocate was professional and persistent with our claim, which was eventually approved. The job was completed in a day. Very thankful.
Couldnt be happier with C&N and Mike Rowlett
I picked up Mike Rowlett's card and gave a call to have a roof inspection done. We had hail months before and I feared damage. Mike came out, did an inspection and handled all of the insurance and permit process. The crew that put up the roof was quick, efficient and professional. The gutter crew worked fast and had the gutters up looking good in no time at all. We are very happy with the work that C&N did for us. Big shout out to Mike Rowlett and Marino for making it all happen fast and painlessly.
Quick to make it right
It was a positive experience . The crew was fast and cleaned up all mess. There was an issue with my old roof structure and they came back and fixed to look better . The experience was painless and Im happy Eric Salgado held my hand throughout the process and I was comfortable with his help I would recommend C&N to do work for me.
Couldn't Be Happier In The End
We had hail damage in early May. Contractors swamped our subdivision and I picked C&N because I did a quick internet check. The first C&N employee was nice but seemed maybe a bit inexperienced. My insurance company said they would not cover my whole roof when all my neighbors houses were being re-roofed. Then C&N assigned a new employee to my case and he took charge and demanded a second insurance apprasial and BINGO! my re-roof was approved. In March they re-roofed and replaced gutters and everything looks new again. We highly recommend C&N to anyone.
