Work well done
We had a hailstorm in Naperville on August 16, 2025 and I found some displaced shingles in my roof. As can be expected we had multiple contractors knocking on our door and I was very worried as to how to select the right company, especially with some of them being storm chaser roofers. Matthew Pfister knocked on my door, and he had already done his homework thoroughly. I had not filed a claim with my insurance company and came to realize that insurance companies do not take any action without the customer filing a claim. Matt was patient and explained the whole process. Matt worked with me and my insurance company throughout the process including the completion of the work. He was a delight to work with and was always helpful and kept time despite a death in his family. I consider Matt now to be a friend, and he is very knowledgeable and amicable.
